A vintage Harley style motorcycle hat made of weatherproof waxed cotton from the greatest British Millerain. Waxed cotton is not only very breathable, but also has exceptional weather-resistant properties. Thanks to a special blend of waxes, it has a drier feel than common waxed fabrics and is waterproof. British Millerain was established in 1880, since then it became a pioneer of waxed cotton.
Pure cotton fabric and small ventilation eyelets on the sides make this headgear breathable. Above the leather visor there is a leather strap, attached with 2 decorative buttons. Inside the crown there is a viscose lining and a leather sweatband.

Great winter walking cap
Where I live the land is flat all the way to the distant horizon, so there's nothing obstructing the low winter sun. I can see where I'm going thanks to the peak on this cap and the waxed cotton keeps the rain off too. This is a beautifully made cap and I love wearing it. Practical and stylish, made by skilled hands. What more could you want

Excellent hat for summer boating
Like my other Sterkowski hats essentially perfect craftsmanship at a low price. I don't know why I find this kind hat so fun for summer boating but I do. It was sized exactly right. While this is an unusual hat style for the USA it is pretty functional in cool weather.

Great fit & Construction
I was a bit skeptical to order the color in Khaki Brown but I was pleasantly surprised. Since I will be wearing the hat as part of my Harley gear I put another coat of wax on the outer shell and it helped blend the colors. LOVE IT! In the U.S. its difficult to find hats sized in European metric. My hat size in American sizing ranges from Medium to Large (neither fit perfectly) depending on the brand and style. Sterkowski has created a quality hat and accurately sized. Also I live in the Midwest and it took exactly 10-days to receive my order. Being shipped from Poland I find that remarkable in today's market place. Will be ordering again!
