The Norte has been a great cold weather cap. The fit is perfect (I ordered the size I measured), both when the flaps are up and down. The Tweed is warm, the style is versatile, the flaps keep you protected!

Norte ist gut für den Winter und die Übergansgzeit. Die Ohrenklappen taugen vor allem im Winter; nur auf dem Fahhrad möchte man noch etwas mehr Wärme an den Ohren haben, doch hört man dafür noch genug im Strassenverkehr. Meine Empfehlung!

I have been purchasing caps from a different company for many years but because of some poor-quality control I decided to look elsewhere. I purchased the Norte cap. It took a while to arrive, and I was ok with that. Once I received the cap I was thrilled by the quality and craftmanship as soon as it came out of the box. You can tell that this is a better-quality product not just in appearance but the care that went into the packaging. The cap is a perfect fit and I appreciate the large selection of sizing where other companies don't always offer the perfect fit. This is heavy duty, and the flaps cover my ears without allowing cold and wind to penetrate. Sometimes coming from outdoors to indoors I need to tuck the flaps in because it is that warm. I will be buying MORE from this company. Buy with confidence that you are getting something great!

This is my second hat ordered and received. These are the best hats for the buck you will find anywhere in the world. I will not even consider any other hat company after my last two experience with Sterkowski. Looking forward to ordering more in the near future. Frank

Love this cap, it’s the second one I’ve had, the first I really abused for four/five years and it held up really well to that abuse. They’re really made well. On a practical note the insulation is just right for my balding head and the additional ear flaps a real comfort on colder days. On an aesthetic note, for a winter cap it remains sleek (I’m not a fan of caps that stick out at the sides or have overly wide peaks), and the ear flaps fold out of sight really well. Fit is a subjective thing, sufficed to say both caps I’ve had have been absolutely spot on for me showing a consistency in manufacture considering the four/five year gap between purchases For me it’s the perfect winter cap, I’d truly recommend it
