A simple, sturdy and warm fall / winter flat cap made of genuine Harris Tweed (100% wool). Harris Tweed cloths are second to none among all wool fabrics. Its visor is sewn down to the 5 panels, trimmed seams crown. Inside the crown there is a warm quilted padded cotton lining and a cotton sweatband. This winter ivy cap is available in large xl and xxl sizes. Handmade in Poland.

Harris Tweed's uniqueness

Cheap construction on top quality tweed
I got a Rambler which is a cap with excellent finish and is fully quilt lined from behind the headband to the peak. It's a substantial cap. This isn't near that level. Folding back the headband exposes the bound but unfinished ends of the crown. The quilt lining is thin. It's otherwise well finished but not top quality like other Sterkowski's. I also waited over 6 weeks for delivery to Australia. There needs to be more delivery options than just regular post and expensive fast courier.

Great style and fabric
I purchased this cap from Amazon Sept. 2022.This is my fourth Sterkowski Ivy Five cap. 2 Linen for the heat of Summer 1 Cotton for cooler mornings and evenings and this Harris Tweed for Fall and Early Winter. All four fit perfectly and look great. The Harris Tweed is very comfortable for cool breezy damp days. The quilted cotton lining adds to the warmth without feeling clammy. The Black/Anthracite Herringbone is a very subtle color combination that suits my style. This cap is designed and made well. I expect it to last for many years. Once again very pleased. From reading many reviews and from my own experience I admire the integrity of the Sterkowski family business.

Great looking cap
This wonderful cap is smart looking and just the thing for mid-fall to early winter wear here in Michigan. Lots of compliments from the get-go. So pleased as always.
