One move - one cut, one stitch - and there's no going back. Sławomir Sobczyk, a certified master craftsman, has been practicing his craft for 50 years. He cuts, sews, fits, and irons each hat by hand, using traditional methods that are slowly disappearing. How many hats has Mr. Sobczyk made? He doesn't know, but he says, "A lot. I think I could dress a medium-sized town.” :)
