Returns & withdrawal
You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your order - no reason needed. The easiest way is online: start below and we'll e-mail you the exact return address (and a prepaid DHL label where it's available for your country).

- Log in and open Order history and details.
- Click Details on the order you want to return.
- Scroll to Product return / withdrawal and click Submit a return / withdraw.

2. Check your e-mail
We confirm your return and send the exact return address. If a prepaid DHL return label is available for your country, it will be attached. Always follow the address/label from that e-mail.
3. Pack & send it back
Return the product in its original, unworn and undamaged state, with all labels, well protected in a package. Write your return number on the parcel and keep the tracking number.

United States & Canada
You'll return to our US address (sent by e-mail). You arrange the return shipping.

European Union
For many EU countries we e-mail a prepaid DHL return label - just drop the parcel at a DHL point. For the remaining EU countries you'll return to our Poland address (below).
Rest of the world
Return to our Poland address. On the CN22 customs form select "Other" and write "Return of Goods" to avoid extra customs/tax charges. You cover the return shipping.

Good to know
- 14 days from the delivery date.
- We refund within 14 days of receiving and checking the item (original, unworn, undamaged).
- Unless we provided a DHL label, please return via your national postal service.
- If a return is denied (signs of use or damage), we'll let you know by e-mail.
