This has quickly become my favorite hat. As always, the build quality and the Harris tweed are magnificent. For me, a hat is first and foremost functional outdoor equipment, and I really appreciate the additional coverage provided by the oversized crown. It's a striking look, and people definitely take notice, but for me that's a secondary concern. If this hat is ever offered in denim (for warmer weather), I'm here for it!

For being waxed cap I was expecting a much heavier/thicker canvas but the weatherproof properties are no joke; the hat keeps significant rain off and your head protected! The hat is delightfully confortable in head and the size is perfect as usual (this is my third hat from Sterkowski). Being waxed this hat is also surprisingly breathable! I would love to see more colors in the future like deep green!
