Lumberjack - HARRIS TWEED
- Cap style: Trapper / Chapka
- Details: earflaps with snap fastener

A warm and comfortable fall trapper cap, also know as a bomber hat, made of genuine Harris Tweed (100% wool) and faux fur. It has a snap fastener on earflaps. Inside the crown there is a cotton padded lining. You can bend down and fasten the small earflap on the outside of the crown, this way it will cover your ears.
Harris Tweed is made from pure wool that has been dyed, handwoven and finished in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland. It is protected by the Harris Tweed Act of Parliament. When you see the Orb Mark you know you're getting the real thing.
Harris Tweed's uniqueness
Harris Tweed is a fine woollen fabric with a distinctive weave originating from the Scottish Outer Hebrides. It has a typical tight, diagonal weave and the most common pattern is herringbone.

The hat looks great, seems well made. I agree with other posters that you should size up a cm or two. The only concern I have is that the hat is not fur lined throughout, particularly on the top of the head. It is just tweed up there so could get cold in the winter. Luckily when sized up you can wear a thin toque underneath.

In the Northern end of the Baltics sea the winters are nasty - windy and wet and cold. You need something that keeps your ears and neck warm. Having a watchman cap is not enough because the wind blows right through it. So this Lumberjack has been really nice so far. Delivery: shipped within a day from the order Packaging: really nice Sizing: add at least 1 cm. My head is 57 hat size 58 is nicely snug not too tight. I you prefer loose fit add another cm.

Before I start this review I recommend picking 1-2 cm bigger sizing than the guide says otherwise it can be a bit too tight. But after I got the correct size of the hat it really is the best hat I have used. It really feels like this hat would be warm enough in an arctic storm and the build quality is so good that it feels like it will last a lifetime. Like I can't state how soft and good the hat feels when you hold it or wear it you have to try it yourself. Very happy with it.
